Short Learning certificate program
PURPOSE: To Give Psychology students and other human sciences
students an alternative way to use and apply their psychology studies.
GOAL: To build a bridge between the academic knowledge of
psychology that you already acquired and applying it in a practical (working
with a client) situation.
BENEFITS: Once you’ve completed the course, we will support you in registering
with the Council of Counsellors of SA or alternatively to register with the HPCSA.
(You have to adhere to the requirements as set out by both councils). Support to
start your own practice is also available.
TIME: The course is in total 80 hours. It is presented over two weeks, Monday to
Friday from 9H00 to 18H00. Alternatively you can do the course over
ten months
starting February on one Saturday per month.

25 June - 06 July 2012
26 November - 07 December 2012
COST: The total cost including all your material is R8400 (R7400-00 +
R900-00 non-refundable deposit).
To enrol and book your place complete and
forward the registration form as well as proof of payment of
the R900,00 deposit. The balance is payable before or when the course
start.
