STEER Course dates:

1 YEAR FRANCHISE PREPARATION COURSE

GOAL: The goal of the course is to enable you to successfully run your own STEER franchise.

One year correspondence course:

The subjects are:
• Teaching and child development
• Learning problems and study techniques
• Business principles and marketing (Steer specific marketing)

The outcomes are:
• Gaining sufficient academic knowledge to enable success when you start your franchise
• Starting part-time
• Building contacts for when you start officially
• Gaining practical experience necessary for success

The requirements are:
• 4 THEORETICAL ASSIGNMENTS
• 2 PRACTICAL ASSIGNMENTS
• 60% on average for assignments
• Form filled in by principle of school where you worked (Satisfactory feedback received)

If you don’t meet the requirements in a year’s time, you will be granted an extension to reach the outcomes and meet the requirements.

REGISTRATION:
• REGISTRATION CLOSES THE 20TH of February, the 20th of June and the 20th of November EVERY YEAR
• TO REGISTER: FILL IN REGISTRATION FORM AND PAY DEPOSIT OF R2000. Once we have received both you will receive your first training guides.

COST:
• TOTAL COST – R24 000 and approximately R1000 for study material and books.
• REGISTRATION FEE: R2000.
• BALANCE TO BE PAID MONTHLY.

FRANCHISE:
• You will enjoy all the franchise benefits including the right to certain schools, your own page on the STEER web and head office support once you successfully completed your training.
• You will receive a certificate that will confirm your successful completion of the training and your franchise rights.
